Roles & Responsibilities:

• Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of high performing and relevant individuals
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are met with delighting turn around, with a long-term talent strategy in mind . Partner with function to define the role and identify the most suitable candidate
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure an unmatched brand experience for candidates
• Build strong relationship with existing hiring consultants and review progress on a daily basis. Also build and maintain performance score card for hiring partners. Identify and onboard new partners basis hiring needs - Enable efficient process through 50-75% success ratio of shortlisted candidates
• Own the employee experience – preboarding / onboarding and first 90 days . Co- own the engagement agenda .
• Elevate processes and systems in HR to build efficiencies and internal customer centricity
• Partner with other HR team members to ensure great onboarding experience, Background verification and documentation closure in time
